Caseload, intake forms that create client accounts, session tracking and notes, three-perspective goals, custom forms, AI Notetaker, client messaging, and scheduling in one place, with a consent-gated connection to each client's own NixIt portal at nixit.ai. NixIt Coach is one half of the NixIt platform. The other half is NixIt for individuals and families (https://nixit.ai), the daily executive function support system clients use between sessions. The two connect through consent: the client opens the gate, the coach sees what the client chooses to share. NixIt is connected through consent, never surveillance.
